Chief Operating Officer at Huiospay

ROLE SUMMARY

As the COO of HPL, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing business processes, and implementing strategies to support the growth of Huiospay and expansion efforts. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with other members of the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Work experience

• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a minimum of 5years of experience in operations management, preferably in the finTech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
