Responsiblities

• Develop and articulate the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
• Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to senior management and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders including investors, customers, and the public.
• Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.
• Drive growth strategies, explore new revenue streams, and enhance shareholder value.
• Identify and manage risks that could impact the company's operations or reputation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to stay ahead in the industry.
• Adapt to market changes, emerging trends, and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership as a COO, CEO, MD, President, or in senior executive positions.
• Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
• Extensive experience in the industry or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of its dynamics.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
