As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be the expert behind the scenes, ensuring the CEO and executive team have the strategic support needed to drive growth and success.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the CEO and executive team to understand their strategic priorities and challenges.
Oversee Key Performance Indicators and ensure maximum efficiency within the teams
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to optimize the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient use of time.
Manage executive communications, including crafting presentations, speeches, and correspondence.
Oversee key projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing SAO Group in various capacities.
Manage the CEO’s office efficiently, overseeing administrative staff and ensuring smooth operations.
Who You Are
A highly organized and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced executive support role.
Proven track record of anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and exceeding expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
