Chief of Staff at SAO Group

• As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be the expert behind the scenes, ensuring the CEO and executive team have the strategic support needed to drive growth and success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to understand their strategic priorities and challenges.
• Oversee Key Performance Indicators and ensure maximum efficiency within the teams
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to optimize the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient use of time.
• Manage executive communications, including crafting presentations, speeches, and correspondence.
• Oversee key projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
• Anticipate and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing SAO Group in various capacities.
• Manage the CEO’s office efficiently, overseeing administrative staff and ensuring smooth operations.

Who You Are

• A highly organized and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced executive support role.
• Proven track record of anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
• Discreet and trustworthy, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
