Chief of Party - UPHIP at Sydani Group

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all project components, including Health Financing, RMNCAH, Malaria, and GHSA
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with USAID objectives and national health goals
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality program results and ensure cross-functional collaboration
• Develop strong partnerships and foster communication with stakeholders, including the FMOH, NPHCDA, donors, and other implementing partners
• Ensure project compliance with USAID regulations, including timely reporting and adherence to financial and operational standards
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation activities, making data-driven decisions to ensure the achievement of project goals
• Serve as the primary liaison with USAID, ensuring that project outcomes are aligned with donor expectations
• Represent the project and Sydani Group at key forums, advocating for project objectives and promoting best practices
