TeamAce Limited- Our client, A real estate company is looking out for;

Responsibilities:

• Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s Matter.
• Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.
• Over-seeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals and strategies.
• Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the Community.
• Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues.
• Design, develop, execute and monitor the strategies and policies, process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Must possess First degree or equivalent in Law from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in legal practice, Litigations in related industry.
• A Master's degree in Law and or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

Salary: N400,000 - N500,000
