ROLE SUMMARY

As the CIO of HPL, you will contribute to our mission of delivering cutting edge financial solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure and be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring system security and optimizing IT processes to meet operational needs.

Educational Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Master’s degree in IT management, business administration, or related fields is a plus.

Years of Experience

1. Minimum of  3-5years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a senior management role, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector.
