Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will provide strategic direction, financial expertise, and operational excellence to ensure the organization's fiscal health and drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and sustainability.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, opportunities, and investments.

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support operational needs.

Operational Oversight:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of high-performing talent.
• Establish and enforce robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Business Performance Analysis:

• Monitor key financial metrics to assess organizational performance.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling.

Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
• Present financial performance updates and strategies to the board and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior financial leadership roles.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
