Chief Financial Officer at Infinion Technologies

Job Summary

• We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial and strategic agenda across multiple African markets. 
• The successful candidate will be a commercially astute finance leader with a strong background in technology, consulting, or shared services, and a proven track record of driving growth, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee financial governance, controls, risk assurance, and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive capital allocation, treasury, and liquidity management.
• Lead tax strategy, audit processes, and multi-country compliance.
• Champion finance transformation and ERP system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.
• Act as the primary finance spokesperson to investors, financial institutions, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ACA); an MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or shared services is essential.
• Prior exposure to African markets (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya) is highly desirable.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise governance.
