In this pivotal CFO role, you’ll craft the financial blueprint for SAO Group’s sustainable growth, driving positive impact for stakeholders and maximizing shareholder value.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with SAO Group’s overall vision and the specific needs of each subsidiary.
Oversee the Head of Corporate Finance and ensure the efficient execution of financial activities.
Secure optimal financing solutions, including debt, equity, and mergers & acquisitions, to fuel business expansion and strategic initiatives.
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence within the finance department, leading and motivating a team of skilled finance professionals.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Who You Are
A seasoned and accomplished CFO with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within a complex, multi-subsidiary organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies, driving growth, and profitability.
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, capital markets, and risk management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and effectively communicate complex financial information.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA, ICAN/CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is a strong plus and preferred.
