Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at FSL Securities Limited

We are looking seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will responsible for overseeing more financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial advice to the executive team and ensuring that financial targets are met. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial management and a proven track record of implementing financial strategies that align with business objectives.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align to company’s goals and objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to the executive team to support business decision making.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial report, including budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
• Manage cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Oversee financial audits and tax preparation activities.
• Manage relationship with banks, investors and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance and support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior finance role.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, cash management and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
