We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Chief Cashier to oversee our cash management operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in all financial transactions, supervise cashier staff, and maintain strict compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily cashiering operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor cashier staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain accurate cash records, reconcile balances, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, cash handling, and security procedures.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Support management with audits and financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashiering or finance-related supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical ability.
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with POS systems or accounting software.
