Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring excellent food presentation while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Monitor food stock levels and place requisitions when necessary
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Knowledge of local and continental dishes is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary certification or training is an added advantage.
• The person is available to resume immediately.
