• Preparation of continental/African dishes
• Ensuring availability of meal
• Maintenance of hygiene standard
• Ensuring proper handling of preservative
• Good relationship and communication skill towards patient and staff.
• Following recipe guideline at all time
• Dressing professionally on duty
• Accounting for equipment at all time
• Cleanliness during discharge of duties
• Monitoring of the kitchen stock and making requisition when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in hospital
