Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing both local and continental meals, managing the kitchen, and ensuring high-quality food is served to customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing both local and continental meals 
• Managing the kitchen 
• Ensuring high-quality food is served to customers 
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen 
• Ordering and managing inventory 
• Developing new menu items 
• Training and supervising kitchen staff 
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations 
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction 

Requirements:

• 28-35 years of age 
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook 
• Ability to prepare both local and continental meals 
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques 
• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Calm and presentable personality 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays 

Salary:

• The salary range for this position is between 100k - 120k, depending on qualifications and experience. 
• Accommodation is available for the successful candidate.
