Chef - Fine Dining at Prestigious Consulting Group

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead and execute kitchen operations in a premium fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional culinary skill, refined plating techniques, menu execution consistency, and the ability to deliver elevated dining experiences that meet international fine dining standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, execute, and present high-quality dishes in line with fine dining restaurant standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, timing, and presentation across all dishes
• Uphold strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service execution
• Oversee mise en place, service flow, and kitchen organization
• Collaborate with management on menu development and improvement
• Monitor food cost control, inventory, and waste reduction
• Maintain kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism during service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Formal culinary training or professional certification is highly desirable
• Proven expertise in gourmet cuisine, plating, and presentation
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining fine dining standards
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
