Job Summary

• A catering qualification.
• Previous experience of running a school kitchen and/or catering service.
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to prepare food on a large scale(500 -1000 people) without the food losing its quality, taste or presentation
• Experience of meeting the needs of a wide range of dietary requirements whilst still producing nutritionally-balanced meals
• An understanding of Safeguarding issues.
• A willingness to support and contribute to event planning and general ethos of the school.
• Knowledge of food budgeting and costing
