Job Summary
- If you enjoy cooking, and you are skilled in preparing local and continental dishes, we would love to meet you.
Job Description
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
- Prepare food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with at least 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Chef.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers).
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions strictly.
