Position Overview:

As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare a diverse menu, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
