    Chartered Accountant

    Kadick Integrated Limited is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold an ICAN certification, possess at least 5 years of experience, and have a background in auditing. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze Financial Records: The financial services manager will meticulously analyze detailed daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to ensure the business achieves its revenue targets.
    • Develop Annual Budget Plans: The candidate will be responsible for creating an annual budget for the organization.
    • Provide Strategic Leadership: The selected individual will offer strategic guidance and leadership on financial matters within the organization.
    • Provide Financial Insights: The candidate will provide relevant financial information and insights to guide management decision-making.
    • Ensure Compliance: It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that the organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations.
    • Analyze Performance: The candidate will analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare them to the business plans.
    • Manage Payables/Receivables: The chosen candidate will be accountable for maintaining a healthy payables/receivables position.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
    • Thorough knowledge of financial institutions, payment processing flows (especially electronic payments), and financial networks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Creativity and innovativeness.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional manner.
    • Ability to engage and relate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Exceptional customer service delivery.
    • Sound supervisory experience.

    Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Banking and Finance or a relevant management degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • ICAN certification is mandatory.
    • Candidate must reside within the Ajah-Sangotedo-Lakowe axis.
    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
    • Thorough knowledge of financial institutions, payment processing flows (especially electronic payments), and financial networks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Creativity and innovativeness.

    Remuneration:

    The gross monthly salary for this position is N300,000.
