Chararterd Accountants at Stransact Chartered Accountants

The ideal candidate will assist the Accounts unit in achieving the following:

• Maintenance of accounting journals Petty cash reconciliation Payment voucher Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditor's ledger
• Management of Fixed Asset register Monthly Bank reconciliation
• Monitor and evaluate annual budget/forecast Backing up data on the Accounting software
• Remittance of statutory deductions/contributions (PAYE/VAT/WHT/ITF/NHF) Preparation of monthly Payroll
• Preparation of weekly management report; Project Management Analysis Report to the Chief Accountant

REQUIREMENTS

The company is looking for an Accountant with the following:

• BSc. Accounting (ACA is added advantage)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Sage
• Accounting Experience in the use of Microsoft packages
• Good knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience
• Age limit: 25-30 years
