• Present Employment, Status and Salary (if any) Conferences/courses attended with dates Publication with dates(if any)
• Extracurricular activities
• Any physical challenge (Candidate and Spouse)
• Name and address of three (3) referees who must have been closely associated with the Candidate's pastoral work experience and one of who must be a superior priest under whom he has worked in the current denomination where he is serving.

The hard copies of the Applications and Curriculum Vitae (CV) should be forwarded by courier to the below and maked "CONFIDENTIAL":

And
