Channels Sales Executive at Hempawa Consult

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, resellers, and dealers.
• Collaborate with channel partners to plan and execute sales strategies that meet company objectives.
• Monitor partner performance, provide regular updates, and offer support to ensure target achievement.
• Deliver product training and sales enablement to channel partners to improve knowledge and performance.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with partners in line with company policies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
• Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns through channel partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting partners in addressing issues and inquiries promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
