We are expanding our market presence and enhancing category competence. We need experienced Growth Managers to develop and execute growth strategies in Commodities categories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the OmniRetail strategy for your category.
Identify fast-moving SKUs and analyze margin structures through wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Build numeric distribution and prime retailers.
Establish and support OmniBiz Market Consultants to enhance SKU supply.
Track SKU prices across geographies and negotiate with manufacturers for rebates and price corrections.
Ensure the execution of joint business plans with manufacturers.
Be accountable for GMV and margin numbers in your category.
Establish infrastructure for growth, including retailer base, wholesaler base, distributor network, and OmniHubs.
Implement category-specific joint business plan targets.
Required Experience
Developed business execution plans with detailed initiatives and timelines.
Used tools like PowerBi for performance tracking and generating insights.
Hired and trained sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
