Job Description

• We are seeking friendly and intelligent customer service stars who are versed in the art of delighting patrons and creating a palpably pleasant customer experience.
• The ideal candidate will be credible, patient, and able to work under pressure and handle a variety of situations quickly and precisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with returns and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints;
• Accurately processing customer transactions, handling payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts;
• Balancing cash (drawers), counting money, and reconciling transactions.
• Maintain a clean checkout area;
• Bagging and wrapping of purchases.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND in Business Administration or a related field, or SSCE with 1 - 2 years of experience.
• Ideal candidate must have basic math skill.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other technology used in the checkout process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
