Responsibilities:
Process customer requests and payments efficiently and accurately
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier area and surrounding environment
Manage the cash register, handle cash drops, and reconcile receipts
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the center
Answer phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries
Perform basic math calculations and handle customer complaints
Requirements:
Previous cashier experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
Availability to work flexible hours
