Process cash, card, transfer, and other payment transactions accurately while issuing receipts to customers.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Assist customers with inquiries, direct them appropriately, and provide courteous and professional service at all times.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, report discrepancies promptly, and support routine financial reconciliations.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies while supporting other front desk and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a pharmacy, healthcare, or hospital environment.
Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and basic computer applications.
Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Honest, reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
