Brief Overview of the Role

• The Cash Manager owns the responsibility of all the financial transactions reporting and remittance for record and audit purposes.

Key Duties

• Take charge of all cash-related transactions while professionally following the company's communication, procedure, guidelines and policies.
• Create a reliably trustworthy database for customers and their transactions.
• Reconcile daily with the Online Rep on cash-related issues.
• Initiate after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores.

Qualifications

• NCE, OND, HND or B.Sc qualification.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Must be proficient in the use of a computer, System based applications, Microsoft office package (Basic).
• What specific knowledge/experience/qualifications are required for this role: Experienced in good Customer Service Delivery.

Knowledge (include Technical knowledge):

• Must understand how a computer System works and connects to other corresponding gadgets.
• Must be a fast learner.
• Excellent calculative skills.
