    Cash Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Cash Van Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. 
    • This role requires you to drive a van along a designated route, sell products, and provide excellent service to both new and existing customers. 
    • If you're passionate about sales and customer service, have FMCG experience, and are eager to contribute to a growing team, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Promotion: Drive a van along an established route and sell products to customers.
    • Customer Service: Inform regular customers about new products and provide timely delivery of purchase orders.
    • Sales Growth: Increase sales by promoting products and identifying new sales leads.
    • Order Management: Take purchase orders, sign sales contracts, and collect payments.
    • Timely Deliveries: Ensure products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and payment records to meet sales targets.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Vehicle & Product Care: Prevent damage to the delivery van and products. Maintain van cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., tire pressure, oil checks).

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: ND, HND, or BSc required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is a plus.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar van sales role.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong experience in identifying new customers and closing deals.

    Skills:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Basic knowledge of van maintenance (e.g., tire pressure, fuel, oil levels).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
