We are looking for compassionate and experienced Case Workers to provide direct support to SGBV survivors, including psychosocial support, case management, and referrals to necessary services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide case management and psychosocial support to SGBV survivors.
Develop individual case plans and follow up on progress.
Facilitate referrals to medical, legal, and other support services.
Conduct home visits and follow-up assessments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or similar roles.
Understanding of SGBV issues and survivor support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
