About the Role:

• Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our building construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, formwork, and other carpentry works required for building projects while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete works.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials.
• Install doors, frames, partitions, roofing structures, and other carpentry components.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of wooden structures and formwork.
• Ensure all carpentry works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction workers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' proven experience as a Carpenter in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, finishing carpentry, and structural carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant trade certification will be an added advantage.
