Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools according to project specifications.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and furniture, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure the integrity and durability of carpentry work.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
