The Role

The Career and Business Adviser supports prospective participants through their career decisions and helps them achieve their career objectives, by coaching and advising prospective participants and corporate organizations.

 Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies for the unit.

• Provide career and business advice for prospective participants

• Follow up and provide support for prospective participants.

• Uncover the needs, challenges and opportunities for prospective clients

• Develop solutions, proposals and quotes for corporate clients.

• Maintain and improve professional relationships with clients

• Complete tasks assigned by team leads, supervisors and managers

 Role requirements

• Degree (B.Sc.) in Sales and Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration or any related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, Power point)

• Reporting skills, deadline-oriented, time management

• Reasoning ability and logical thinking skills

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Able to multitask and prioritize
