Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years post-call experience practicing law preferably in the field of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
Sound understanding of securities regulations, corporate law, and transactional matters.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
