Job Summary

• We are seeking a Capital Acquisition Project Manager to drive investor sourcing, fundraising, deal pipeline management, and capital acquisition activities.
• The ideal candidate will identify and engage investors, manage funding opportunities, support due diligence and investment documentation, and drive qualified opportunities toward investment commitments and successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage investors, DFIs, PE/VC firms, family offices, banks, and strategic funding partners.
• Build and manage the investor and capital acquisition pipeline.
• Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage opportunities through due diligence, term sheets, and closing.
• Support financial models, business cases, investment proposals, and pitch decks.
• Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures.
• Conduct market research to identify funding and investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Investment Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in capital raising, investment, fundraising, financial services,  business development, or consulting.
• Proven experience in investor sourcing, fundraising, or deal origination.
• Strong knowledge of finance, investment analysis, and project finance.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
