Call Centre Agent at Design Union

Job Purpose

• To manage customer calls and enquiries professionally, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to enquiries about services, bookings, events, memberships, and other offerings.
• Attend to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, bookings, and customer requests.
• Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Identify and convert potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and confident personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
