We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
Support campaigns or projects that require customer engagement or feedback collection.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.
Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of an O'level, OND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a structured environment with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, or related systems).
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
