    Call Center Agent

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make onboarding calls and qualify new leads
    • Close leads on hotels.
    • Use the provided onboarding scripts and CRM tools to track leads
    • Share brochures, quotes, and deal updates professionally

    Requirements

    • 2 - 4 years experience
    • Experience in sales, hospitality, or travel
    • Fluent spoken and written English
    • High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
    • Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CR.
