Responsibilities

• Decorating regular cakes according to established standards.
• Assisting baking staff with the production of standard bakery items.
• Producing different kinds of icing, whipped cream, buttercream and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
• Must be able to work with Fondants.
• The candidate must be able to write on Cakes.
• Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies and ordering new stock as required.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and decorating equipment.
