Role Overview

• The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, security, and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety demonstrations.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable cabin environment.
• Assist passengers with in-flight service and requests.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety protocols.
• Handle minor passenger concerns professionally.

Requirements
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
• Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License
• Class 2 Medical Certificate from a certified aviation examiner
• Excellent communication skills in English
• No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental braces.
