Business Transformation Officer at SKLD integrated Services LLC

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Business Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across our business units. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into execution by driving process optimisation, operational excellence, digital transformation, and performance improvement across Educational Supplies, Retail, Humanitarian Aid, Corporate Sales, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, transformation expertise, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and business performance across all business units.
• Redesign and optimise end-to-end value streams, eliminating operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process fragmentation.
• Map current business processes, identify gaps, and implement future-state operating models that improve workflow integration and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps, project timelines, delivery plans, and execution schedules for strategic initiatives.
• Drive process redesign, automation, and digital enablement projects to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Define, track, and monitor key transformation metrics including cost savings, productivity gains, revenue growth, and process efficiency.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards to provide leadership with visibility into execution progress and business impact.
• Lead structured change management initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Develop communication, engagement, and training plans to support transformation across multiple business units.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
• Support the COO in executing strategic priorities, annual operating plans, and enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure transformation initiatives remain compliant with relevant regulatory, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in consulting, operations, business transformation, or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Strong expertise in process optimisation, value stream mapping, operational excellence, and change management.
• Experience in programme delivery, stakeholder management, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in business intelligence and data analysis is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership presence, execution discipline, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
