Job Summary

• The Business Support Analyst role is a multi-dimensional position responsible for providing actionable insights and solving complex problems in the Immigration and allied services unit of our organization.
• This role will primarily involve working closely with clients and government officials in a bid to facilitate effective and expedited immigration compliance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and execution of all immigration statutory filings
• Liaise with client representatives to proffer working solutions to queries
• Provide salient advice to external stakeholders on
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattern in complex data sets
• Work with the management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with 1-3 years work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft tools
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be a fast learner.
