Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning and Preparation: Develop detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to students' needs.
• Instruction Delivery: Teach subject content using effective and diverse methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
• Student Assessment: Create, administer, and evaluate tests, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and progress.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, safe, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Individualized Support: Provide additional help to students struggling with the subject and extend learning opportunities for advanced learners.
• Resource Development: Design and utilize teaching aids, digital tools, and other resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Communication with Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians about student performance, progress, and concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in training and workshops to stay updated with new teaching methods and subject knowledge.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Act as a role model and mentor, fostering students' personal and academic growth.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, school staff, and administrators to align teaching strategies and meet school objectives.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 4 - 10 years work experience.
