    Business Sales Executive

    Requirements

    • Procure new client relationships based on business development objectives determined with Senior Leadership.
    • Develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities.
    • Actively research and generate leads through various prospecting activities
    • Cultivate existing client relationships to generate repeat business.
    • Develop and lead business development planning and submit monthly progress reports to leadership.
    • Maintains business development activities within CRM database.
    • Actively promotes the business by attending association events, conferences, and other community and industry events.
    • Assist with RFQ and RFP responses, proposals, and presentations.
    • Coordinate prequalification efforts with targeted clients.
    • Identify and communicate competitor and market sector intelligence.
    • Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to generate revenue.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Marketing or other related courses.
    • 2 - 4 years experience.
    • Good digital marketing skills.
    • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer relations skills.
    • Proficiency in market analysis.
    • Knowledge of RFP process, preferably in the construction industry.
    • knowledge of fire safety would be an added advantage.
    • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites.
    • Knowledge of Construction Contracts and ability to prepare proposals and presentations.
    • Honesty, integrity, loyalty, and the ability and willingness to make the Company’s best interests the number one priority.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • The ability to communicate with multiple parties from Employee to Customer.
    • Strong understanding and expression of written and verbal English sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
