    Business/Sales Development Executive

    Salary Budget: 300,000 Naira Net Monthly

    Benefits: 10% Commission on Sales, HMO, Pension Package etc,,

    We are currently looking for an experienced and a skilled Business/Sales Development Executive to join our partner, a Technology/Software Development company, offering various software packages to help different businesses.

    Our preferred candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and also anticipated to sell our new software application.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and research potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
    • Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, events, and referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Understand client business challenges and translate them into software solutions
    • Pitch software services (custom development, web/mobile apps, cloud, AI, QA, etc.)
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
      Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms
    • Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
    • Track market trends in software engineering and IT services
    • Analyze competitors’ offerings, pricing, and positioning
    • Suggest new services or improvements based on market demand
    • Plan and execute all sales including digital sales and marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Generating leads and new business via conversion driven Campaigns
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    Key Requirements:

    • BSc/HND Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
    • 2-4 years proven working experience in digital or software sales/marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Strong negotiations, communication and presentation skills
    • Target driven and ability to close deals
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad; words campaigns
