The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the entire business structure, ensuring smooth coordination between retail, inventory, customer care, and management teams. You’ll be at the heart of business growth — implementing systems, improving workflows, managing vendors, supervising staff, and ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Implement effective operational processes for sales, customer service, and inventory management
Supervise and mentor team members to ensure accountability and efficiency
Work closely with the accounting and sales teams to track performance and profitability
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all business units
Manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and service providers
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking based on sales trends
Ensure excellent customer experience both in-store and online
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and recommend improvements
Drive continuous process optimization and cost-effective resource management
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in an operations role and 3+ years in a managerial capacity
Proven experience in retail, skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industries (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of operational systems, workflow creation, and team management
Familiarity with inventory tools, POS systems, and basic accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
Must reside within or around Gbagada, Magodo, Maryland, Ikeja, Ojota/Ketu, or Ogudu
