Job Description

• Ensure quality execution of every assigned job that guarantee customer satisfaction
• Ensure the establishment of SOP for each site
• Engage in secondary, onsite and referral marketing activities to increase business
• Design a customized Work schedule and Checklist for each Location managed
• Monitor strict adherence to SOP and standards of cleanliness and other services
• Coordinate all operations activities effectively to meet customer /company expectations
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship management by regular visits to sites
• Spring/Deep Cleaning schedule and periodic specialty cleaning
• Assist in conjunction with HR and Training in organizing on the job training
• Deal effectively with issues related to conflict resolution and discipline
• Determine staff requirements and ensure they are adequately provided for
• Encourage and maintain cordial intra staff relationships
• Motivational leadership of team
• Operational assets management
• Quality assurance roles.
• People management

Requirement

• Hnd, B.Sc in Business Management or related course
• 0-2 years work experience
