ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Manager will oversee business operations, coordinate internal activities, support business development initiatives, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of administrative and commercial functions across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and supervise daily business and operational activities
- Support strategic planning and implementation of company objectives
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagements
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and contract follow-up
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables
- Prepare operational reports, business updates, and management briefs
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards
- Support management in achieving commercial and operational targets
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in business operations, administration, or management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment
