Business Manager at Milsat Technologies

About the Job

We are looking for a business manager to join our team. As a business manager at Milsat, you will contribute across the activity chain of the company’s business effort and will regularly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our strategies. You will help create, assess and identify new opportunities for growth in the current and prospective markets of Milsat.

Responsibilities

Someone who will:

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Constantly standardize the company’s goals in line with business objectives.
• Design strategies and plans to satisfy the company goals.
• Ensure that the company possesses sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
• Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate overall company business performance.
• Manage, monitor and review business operations.
• Identify improvement gaps and collaborate to implement remedial measures.
• Track partnership and sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Promote the organization and products through valid partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• Extensive managerial experience.
• Excellent leadership and executive decision-making skills.
• Exceptional business acumen.

You get a plus if you:

• Have experience working within the geospatial market
• Are familiar with sales and distribution of GIS and mapping systems/tools.
• Have some Geographic Information System (GIS) experience and affinity for maps

Salary: The salary for this role ranges from N200,000 - N300,000 monthly depending on the experience.
