Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Business Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure optimal performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficient production, distribution, and service delivery.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
• Supervise cross-functional teams, ensuring high productivity and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience as a Business Manager or Operations Lead, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or concrete production.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and delivering results.
• This is a very urgent role. Candidates must be able to resume immediately.

Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 Monthly.
