Job Responsibilities

• Formulate, operate, and manage Business plans that are capable of achieving the monthly objectives of the organization.
•  Optimally manage all resources (Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, Operations, etc) of the center to achieve set objectives.
• Provide effective and efficient Business leadership that is result-oriented.
• Set and maintain productivity standards at par or higher than existing HiiT Policies.
• Optimize Product development & Innovation.

Key Requirements

• Degree/HND from any discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ Business Management experience in the ICT or FMC Industry.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and must be Internet Savvy.
• Must be currently resident in Oyo State
• Must be 30years & below.
